Hello, I'm Katie. I have been practicing complementary health therapies for ten years and have three years experience in a top Newquay spa. I have a real passion and true to life experience with all of the therapies that I offer and I truly wish to help you regain your life, as I have mine through these practices.

I also have experience with mental health, anxiety, depression, ME, autism spectrum disorders and five years experience with helping stroke survivors with pain management, muscle tension and feelings of wellbeing. Also two years experience facilitating a dementia group at age UK.
